Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need previous flying experience for the Discovery Flight?

  • No, you don’t need any prior flying experience. Our Discovery Flight is specifically designed for beginners who want to see what it’s like to pilot a small aircraft. A certified flight instructor will guide you through every step, ensuring you’re comfortable and safe during the entire experience.

What should I wear or bring?

  • We suggest wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes to ensure safety and ease of movement. Sunglasses can also be helpful to reduce glare while flying. If you’d like to take photos, feel free to bring a camera or smartphone—just be sure they’re securely stowed during takeoff and landing.

How do I pay for my flight?

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash (if you prefer to pay in person). Some services (like Discovery Flights or certain special packages) may require a deposit or full payment in advance. You can complete your payment through our online booking system or by calling our office to arrange an alternative method.

Is gratuity expected for the pilot/instructor?

  • Gratuity is never required, but our pilots and instructors appreciate any tips or positive reviews you may offer. If you feel they went above and beyond to make your flight memorable, a tip or a heartfelt “thank you” is always welcome.
